| For the last few days and probably for a few more, I have been partially deaf. For general every day sounds though, I am pretty deaf by far. Not sure how it happened, but I was on holiday and it pretty much ruined half of it. But I cant go to work now untill I can hear properly again. Being deaf has advantages as I have discovered, but it is not something I would want to keep. It is very annoying. |

... Is a piece of shit. I am fed up. Aside from all the other little quirks, their web site and the pain in the arse of their net banking, this little incident has pissed me off the most. When I went to pay for the new stuff on my car it was declined twice. I went to the bank and they said it went through. Few days later the guy rings up saying the funds werent put through and he rang up all of his stuff and nothing went through. BUT it still came out of my bank. I have a fat $1650 purchase auth in my acount but no one got the money. So I ring them up now and they say that if the funds arnt claimed within 5 working days it will dissapear from my acount. So now I have to withdraw money from all of my various sources to pay cash for this thing to finaly get the guy his money. This means withdrawing from acounts I said I would never withdraw from.
To cut the long story short, after I pay off this cred and the funds dissapear Im canceling it and getting a new one. Although I will miss all the bonus flyer points, The National Velocity Credit Card just isnt worth it. Im going for a Commonwealth yellow cred. |
